WPA Supplicant doesn't see my SSIDs?

This is exactly what it turned out to be on the AP side. Seems like a
dubious feature to me.

Apparently I did have WME enabled. I could have sworn I tried it both
ways but, well, as you know I sometimes don't drink enough coffee. At
any rate, I'm now typing this over our WPA network. Yay!

Will send you some information about the hidden SSID off-list. Thanks
again for your help.
