consoles broken on Thinkpad T20

I've found that problem is caused by /usr/sbin/ispcvt call from /etc/rc.d/syscons
and later rom /etc/rc.d/pcvt.

Calling ispcvt by hand causes the same black screen and other symptoms as
describe in above quote.
