Failure in installworld with new 6.x-branch

Ah, yeah, my powerPC machine *always* claims that it needs to
correct the time on a standard bootup -- even if it had just
rebooted.  It generally claims to be off by around 360 seconds.
I can't say for sure, since that line from ntpdate doesn't
seem to get saved anywhere, but for the last few reboots (which
I just did) it's been around 366-367 seconds.  I have been
meaning to check what the story is with that time-warp.

It figures that the first time this time-warp would cause a
problem for me would be after switching to a new branch-tag...
This failure didn't pop up the other 20+ times I've rebuilt my
powerPC system!
