panic with 7.0-CURRENT

I've just cvsup-ed my system this evening. First network cards stoped
responding. After that I did ifconfig em0 down and ifconfig em0 up and
also ifconfig fxp0 down and ifconfig fxp0 up and when I have rebooted
system this is what I got:
