5.3-STABLE failing to read 4.x-Stable hdd

I recently baught a new Hdd an installed 5.3-STable on it while my 4.11-Stable 
hdd was in another machine temporarily .. however now i placed the 4.x hdd in 
my 5.3 machine it only recognises 1 partition on the 2nd hdd and disk label 
in 5 tells me the same thing.

Any idea on what is happening and how to resolve it ?
