Bug report to wep index setting/Evil

I try several times to set correct wepkey to index 2/3/4, and get
failure to connect.
It seems only set to index 1 will work. Is this a known bug?
I met this bug on Dell Latitude 800/Dell TrueMobile 1300(BCM4306).
