Odd performance problem (hitching)

Hmm they appear to be every 10 seconds on the dot.

I haven't changed any syncer delay stuff either..
kern.filedelay: 30
kern.dirdelay: 29
kern.metadelay: 28

Still using SCHED_4BSD too.
