I have tried using that combination on a stable machine and have noticed
2 reboots when in x and once x turning off my monitor but leaving my
system otherwise fine. This was over a week's time. I will be turning
off preemption when soon.
To elaborate, I have not had issues when not in xorg. I leave my
machine on 24/7 doing f at h. The time my monitor got turned off I let my
machine continue to run over night. After I rebooted the next morning I
checked my logs and f at h continued to function normally and even started
a new wu. I have only 1 computer so I can't login to my computer from
another, which I would like to do to see what x and the rest of the
system is doing.
