[HEADSUP] End of life for if_mn and musycc G.703 drivers.

I am not aware of any active use of the if_mn and musycc G.703
drivers anymore so unless active users contact me in the next couple
of weeks I will remove them from the source tree to get them out
of the way before RELENG_6.
