still having huge number of warning after boot

After boot, every entry in rc.conf and /etc/defauls/rc.conf  is 
contained in an individual warning that it is misconfigured.  Sendmail 
is slighly   different, it first says it can't find a socket and then 
gives all kinds of warnings.  I just need some advice on how to debug 
the problem, Oh and after logging in everything works perfectly.
