Installing on a machine with no PS/2 ports (USB only)

Well, I can confirm that the mini-ISO for 5.3-RC1 did not have support
for a USB keyboard.  As soon as I set atkbd.0.flags to 0x1 (thanks to
Vladimir and Johan's suggestions), it worked flawlessly.
