Strange problem with em0 and switch half/full duplex

Hi,

I have a strange problem with em0 and half-duplex/full-duplex mode.

For example, if connect em0 in one switch and they negotiated 
half-duplex, after that remove this cable and connect in another switch 
full-duplex, panic occurs.

System: cvsup RELENG_5_3 (3 days ago).
