linux emulation: "/ " resolves to real root dir; why ?

we are taking about different "break outs". Removing the check will
*not* affect accessing any other filesystem node but "/". Only things like
	cd /
	ls /
or
	"cd .." from /compat/linux/foo
will be affected.
