FreeBSD 5.3-RC1 problem on IBM @server 325 type 8835

I'm doing fresh installation. I tried to set hw.physmem=8G in loader prompt,
but system is behaving same, crashes after trying to copy files.
It recognizes 8GB RAM correctly.
