BETA7 -- BIND-9 problems out-of-the-box

Taken from a fresh out-of-the-box BETA7 mini.iso install (not upgrade),
no tweakage:

icarus# ls -ld /etc/namedb

icarus# ls -ld /R/stage/trees/base/var/named/etc/namedb
