FreeBSD 5.3R Fails to load kernel modules on boot

just got fresh 5.3R. Boot process aborted while failing to mount 
linprocfs in fstab, kldstat shows no linux.ko linprocfs.ko loaded.
It is enabled in rc.conf enable_linux="YES". Everything goes straight
manually, though. So I see problem loading kernel modules on startup
on 5.3R. It worked fine on 5.2.1. Same happened with ipfilter/ipnat.
Did I miss something ?
