Can anyone MFC /usr/bin/mkuzip?

Well, Subject can tell you whatever you may need to know ;)

This utility is there since Fri Sep 10 20:17:31 2004 UTC and has not
been MFC yet. I think it should be merged to allow people to use a
native "compressed filesystem creator" instead of sysutils/cloop-utils,
which is Linux derived, AFAIK.
