USB sound

Hi All,
	I've recently purchased an el-chepo external USB soundblaster
device ($60.00 can)  I notice that our usb sound driver is in bad
shape.    So far I've merged most of NetBSDs changes to date but I'm
dying on the locking...
	Does it work for anybody on 5+?
	Is anybody working on it?
