Mounting dav in FreeBSD

If you're asking for comments in preparation for you writing the code to
do this, then the answer is "Cool!  Go for it!".  If you're tossing out
a suggestion for someone to pick up on, then the answer is, "Cool!  Hope
someone does it!".
