ciss(4) panic

Hi there,

I saw a panic today when I yanked out a drive from a Compaq Smart Array.
The drive in question was configured as a single RAID0 disk and not 
mounted.

The debug log can be found at
<http://people.freebsd.org/~le/ciss_panic.txt>, interesting in particular
are the 0xdeadc0de references.

I can provide more info if needed.
