Based on the PCI ID info you supplied, the 802.11g portion of the
card should "just work" with the NDISulator. The PCI ID for the wireless
NIC portion of the card is 0x4320, which is different from the serial
port function, so if_ndis_pci.c won't collide with the sio driver.
Getting EAP-SIM authentication to work with Vodaphone is a whole other
issue, but if you just want to use the card with a normal AP or an ad-hoc
net, it should be fine. (I can't imagine they've done anything to lock the
NIC to their own 802.11 networks.)
