RADEON IGP 345m

I know XFree86 4.4.0 supports the ATI RADEON IGP 345M.  Have we imported
that version to Ports yet?  (or am I on the bleeding edge here)?

I just replaced my laptop, and this new one has the above chip.

The old one had an I845, so I know I need to adjust my config.

Any pointers appreciated.
