acd(4) is no longer listed among other disk devices in vmstat(8)

We won't loose stats for non-disk devices.

And it wouldn't be "fix acd", it would be "kludge acd".

Can we try to get into the habbit of doing things right instead of just
banging a rusty nail in a nearby post and tie things to it with pieces
of string ?
