Ok, who broke interface autoconfiguration?

This is still happening to me..  I filed a PR so that it does not get
lost. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=69361 

I think the key might be the dhcp server message:  "  unknown lease 0.0.0.0."
