There have been no deltas released today -- they come
out every 16 hours. (Our political firewall still
won't allow CVS/CVSup even after writing and
submitting business proposals thru the chain of
command here. <sigh>)
The following commit did NOT make it to the latest
delta -- it just showed up in the last few minutes.
It will be in the NEXT delta when its 16-hour timer
pops. I hope. ;)
So this is one of those "half-baked updates", but not
one that ruins a whole day for us, fortunately. ;)

So I hope committers will understand the timing
constraints with CTM. I must follow -Current for
reasons I've broadcast here before. I do know how to
use cvsweb but it is a pain sometimes to get the fixes
for "half-baked updates". ;)
