Out of curiosity, what would that do better than:

    # make buildworld
    # make installworld DESTDIR=/some_jail
    # make installworld DESTDIR=/some_jail2
    # make installworld DESTDIR=/some_jail3

If it's significant, I'll update my HOWTO to account for it.
