serial console working -just a couple small nits

One small addition, changed dialup to vt220 to enable
cursor addressing on the terminal for vi editing etc..

Err just one more thing.. Anyone know if vt terminal
support should happen when *.4th runs? The menu doesn't
produce frames here.
