via 8237 and above-udma33 problems

It seems that VIA8237 + Seagates + FreeBSD -CURRENT is a deadly
combination. I ended up changing my Seagates with Maxtors and WD,
including ones that use to work, to be able to use my 8237 based
motherboards safely.
