HEADSUP: ibcs2 and svr4 compat removed, linux to follow

would have been so much more effective to "remove" linux first, then 
ibcs2 and svr4 don't you think? I mean, if ya wanna cause a ruckus...

I do have to say, at the risk of feeding the troll, I have found some of 
these to be pretty amusing.
