Athereos Cards and channel 12/13

Hi,

Since I am an European User, I would like to use channels 12/13 with
my Atheros card. A friend of mine using linux yesterday told me that he has
successfully used channel with a athereos card and madwifi, I don't
know whether madwifi is related to the ath driver in freebsd but since
channel 12/13 work for me under windows, it should be possible to use
them under freebsd as well.

Has anyone successfully got channels 12/13 working?
