Ok, I just did this:
	cvs -q -R -d /home/ncvs get -D 20040220 src/sys
and compiled/tested that kernel.  It works.  My CVS skills have improved
but I don't know how to now progress through the dev mega-patches one
at a time as phk had said we should.  Can someone let me know how to
progress through them one at a time please?
