Probably you should try to workaround this by changing
#define AAC_MAX_FIBS 512
to
#define AAC_MAX_FIBS 504
in
/usr/src/sys/dev/aac/aacvar.h and recompiling kernel.
This helped me. (thanks to scottl@)
