5.2 : Mozilla Process keeps alive

I have reports that sometimes mozilla is unkillable in this state. Anyone
else seeing this particular wart?
I don't generally use mozilla on my -current box, but it doesn't seem to
have this problem. I also don't use the flash plugin.
