Atheros support -ACK timing, etc

If you are in hurry, you might try to use Mikrotik RouterOS. I have to 
say, it has a lot of bugs but also nice interface and the price is 
considerably reasonable.

By the way, your last name is a finnish last name? Koskenmäki?
