iir(4) control device permissions

Hi,

The iir(4) device driver creates its control device entry with a 
permissions mask of 644 (root:operator). The standard permissions mask for 
SCSI/RAID control device node entries seems to be 600 (root:operator).

Could the following patch be committed?
