Two of the drives in the RAID5 are on:

atapci0: <Intel PIIX4 UDMA33 controller>
ad0: 9541MB <Maxtor 51024H2/DAC10SC0> [19386/16/63] at ata0-master UDMA33
ad2: 9541MB <Maxtor 91024U3/RA530JN0> [19386/16/63] at ata1-master UDMA33

The third drive is on:
ahc0: <Adaptec 2940 Ultra SCSI adapter>
aic7880: Ultra Wide Channel A, SCSI Id=7, 16/253 SCBs
da0 at ahc0 bus 0 target 0 lun 0
da0: <COMPAQPC DDRS-39130W S99C> Fixed Direct Access SCSI-2 device
da0: 40.000MB/s transfers (20.000MHz, offset 8, 16bit), Tagged Queueing Enabled
da0: 8678MB (17773500 512 byte sectors: 255H 63S/T 1106C)

The "Compaq" is just a rebranded IBM, I think.
