running: amd64
6.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 6.0-CURRENT #1: Wed Aug 25

sound from kernel config:
device sound
device "snd_via8233"

noticed this on console ater cat /dev/sndstat :
lock order reversal
 1st 0xffffffff805d03e0 sndstat (sndstat) @
 2nd 0xffffff002b61e8f0 user map (user map) @

saw reports of a lor with sndstat at the end of last
year, but that seemed to have been resolved. sound
seems fine however... plays cd's, mp3's ok.
