why 6.0-current?

With 5.3-RELEASE, RELENG_5 becomes -STABLE, and therefore 5.4-CURRENT
will never exist; it will be 5.4-STABLE.  HEAD is now 6.0-CURRENT.  This
has been the plan for quite some time.
