IBM xseries 345 keyboard & mouse freezes on CURRENT

psm freezes after the kernel booted , but works after disabled acpi module.
under X the mouse works but the keyboad looks freeze except Ctrl+Alt+Del
is it the IBM's hardware problems? and any ideas?
