ad0 failure, hw or sw bug?

to be exact I have TWO disk exactly the same size and when I tried to
copy the same data to the other drive this message continued to show
(with ad0) and no messages about ad2 (which is the drive appeared)

its true that the second drive was empty, but this one is nearly empty
too (as you might see)
