Hi Randy,

works fine here with the following in rc.conf :

ifconfig_ath0="DHCP"
ifconfig_ath0_alias0="wepmode on wepkey 0x12345678 ssid your_ssid"

Here it is a D-Link DWL-G650 and a DI-624 Router.
