Looking for help on strange Kernel Trap 12

The system crashed last night with the same phenomenon I have described in
last mail.

Please see the attachment for my configuration. I have not posting the debug
version of kernel configuration, because it's the  current kernel I am
using. The debug options I have chosen are:
