Radeon VE won't work with XFree4.3.0.1

After XFree86 -configure, I was informed to run the XFree86 -configure 
/root/XF86Config.new.  However the result is failed again.   It was same as 
before.  Here is the XF86Config file created after running the XFree86 
-configure.

What does it mean using XFree86-4 ?  Is it /usr/ports/XFree-4 ?
