Vinum And Amanda

Hi,

Amanda is giving me a hard time doing the backup on a Vinum Raid-5:

  files      /mnt1 lev 0 FAILED [disk /mnt1 offline on files?]
amcheck does not report any trouble, so I guess it is a dump-ish problem.
and the volume is on-line:
    root# df /mnt1
    /dev/vinum/vinum0 172991704 153021292 6131076    96%    /mnt1

It's the first run of backups that I wanted to make under 5.0. It is rather an old 5.0, but still: FreeBSD 5.0-CURRENT #0: Wed Jan 15 14:46:33 CET 2003.
I had no trouble with vinum disks under 4.x

Hints, suggestions, help???
