Panic in 5.1-BETA

Running 5.1-BETA as of 3 hours ago I get the following when doing apm -z
(this is reproducable), (no ACPI enabled as it is buggy on my laptop).
The system is a toshiba portege 4000.

Let me know if anything further is required.
