Dump(8) hosed on CURRENT

Hi all,

Just to tell, dump and restore seem to be broken these days
on CURRENT.

I've used

dump -C 32 -a0f dumpfile /usr

and

cd /newlocation
restore -rf dumpfile

There is some output that a file got expected, but we got a different one
sometimes.

After restore, half of the files are missing. A compare shows that
lot of small files are missing.
