DDB, INVARIENTS, WITNESS and derivatives

When 5.x becomes RELENG_5 these options will be removed from GENERIC
but persist in 6.0-current.  WITNESS may one day get turned off in
current, but I think INVARIANTS and DDB should be permamenent fixtures
in current.
