what Makefile and rule should be installing this header?
./kerberos5/lib/libkrb5/Makefile:INCS= krb5.h ${.CURDIR}/../../include/krb5-types.h \
./kerberos5/Makefile.inc:heim_err.c heim_err.h: ${KRB5DIR}/lib/krb5/heim_err.et
are the only non-/usr/src/crypto places I find it.
