Negative. Blew away /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/ and re-cvsup'ed,
rebuilt/installed. Still hosed:
# man setenv
Formatting page, please wait.../usr/bin/groff: can't find `DESC' file
/usr/bin/groff:fatal error: invalid device `ascii'
Done.
Please help.
