Yes, I meant devfs all the way through, sorry. That's what I get for
trying to do too many things at once.

No, /etc/rc.devfs. There was never a devfs.conf file, which I never really
liked about it. However, I am dropping my request for a repo copy, since
the more I think about it, the more I'd rather create an actual conf file,
and I have an idea on how to do that.

I'll leave the question of moving /etc/*.conf (or some subset) into
/etc/conf/ for another day.... just thinking out loud for now. :)
